Welcome to the Windows 7 Simulator, the most accurate and realistic one on Scratch!


Important Message – 15/11/2024:

  • This project is not finished yet, but I am giving it live daily updates, so stay tuned.
  • This project has been completely overhauled from the ground up to be as accurate as possible and correctly scaled for scratch resolution.

Instructions:

  • Use how you would usually use a Windows 7 computer and experience the nostalgia from the OS of our childhoods.
  • Passwords will be added later, so when prompted press the blue arrow straight away.
  • This project is highly detailed, so have a look inside to understand how the code works, and if there are any features you’ve missed out on trying.
  • Love, favorite, comment, and maybe add a few things to create a remix!

  • Multitasking base for apps to be added.
  • Windows Explorer (with scrolling and full navigation).
  • Google Chrome.
  • Back and forward arrows in windows explorer.
  • Fully functional and animated windows taskbar and its icons.
  • Start menu and all of its buttons and icons.
  • Shutting down, restart, log off, lock and switch user.
  • Lock screen with all buttons.
  • Accurate date and time.
